
1 x Extra Large Resistance Band (Blue): Utilising a thicker long loop band you will be able to do very heavy resistance training. Alternatively you can use the band for assistance in pull ups when hung properly over a half rack or pull up bar.
1 x Large Resistance Band (Green): Just under the blue is our green large resistance band still perfect for helping with chin ups, if you can already do a couple of chin ups and need that little bit of help still. This band has more flex than the blue to help with smaller movements such as strengthening knees or arms as the smaller flex allows for less movement which means less chance of injury.
1 x M Resistance Band (Purple): The purple resistance band is our top seller, perfect for squatting, tricep press downs (when put over a half rack or pull up bar) and many more movements allowing for more flex while still keeping the resistance high.
1 x S Resistance Band (Black): The black resistance band is our second favourite seller, as it does have more flex than the purple and is the perfect middle resistance level for any exercise that you could be tiring out for the first time.
1 x XS Resistance Band (Red): Although this resistance band looks light don't be fooled by its appearance as this band after repetitive reps can become quite tiresome for smaller muscles like shoulders or rotator cuff movements, this band is perfect also for stretching when stretching back, shoulders, or arms.
1 x XXS Resistance Band (Yellow): With the lightest resistance out of all the resistance bands the XXS resistance band is perfect for rehab movements and stretching similarly to the XS Resistance band.
