Our Delivery Options:

1. Door to Door (Standard Courier): Our standard delivery service offers reliable nation-wide, door-to-door, street-level/ground floor delivery. Pricing is based on the weight of the items and the zone your postcode falls into. Please note that our couriers do not deliver large items upstairs or provide installation/removal services.

2. Door to Door (Express): Our express delivery is available for selected items in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas. It offers faster delivery options, and you can qualify for same-day delivery if your order is made and booked before 11:00 am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone). Express delivery also includes door-to-door, ground floor delivery.

3. Install: Available in select metropolitan areas, includes delivery and installation into your room of choice within two flights of stairs and a maximum of 25 steps. It does not include concreting or permanently fixing the product to the ground, flooring, or walls. Rubbish removal is conducted upon request, and larger items may require multiple site visits for installation.

4. Rubbish and Equipment Removal: We offer rubbish removal and equipment disposal services, quoted based on the machine type and quantity, to help you efficiently clear space for your new fitness equipment.

  • How much is delivery? Delivery costs vary based on factors such as location, weight, and type of delivery service.

  • How do I know when delivery will arrive? You'll receive tracking information for standard deliveries and a booking link for express deliveries.

  • What if no one is home to accept the delivery? Ensure your contact number is provided during the order process. Confirmation may be required for some deliveries, and re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Do I need to help the courier with big and bulky items? Most deliveries come with a one-person driver who can unload with assistance. For extremely large items, planning ahead for assistance is recommended.

  • Can the couriers deliver big and bulky items upstairs to my entrance? In areas outside of Sydney and Melbourne Metro, deliveries are ground floor only. Specialized Delivery may offer 2-man delivery and upstairs delivery in select areas.

  • Can the courier install the product for me? Standard and express courier services only deliver to the ground floor. Assembly services are available separately.

  • What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged? Accept the delivery and notify us of any damages. Photos and descriptions are helpful for resolving issues.

  • Can I receive my delivery during the weekend or after business hours? Standard deliveries are typically on weekdays, while express deliveries may offer extended hours. Weekend deliveries are rare.

  • Can I change my address after it has been shipped out? Once the order is shipped, address changes may incur redirection fees.
