The new Echelon 2 is an evolution of the Echelon. We’ve kept the basic look of the console the same but changed the outer case to black to distinguish it from the Echelon.
Note: Power statistics require the Echelon 2 Power Upgrade component to be installed. This component is sold separately.
Echelon2 Console Benefits
The new console, combined with the Power Upgrade, offers a number of enhancements, making it a valuable and reliable tool in all types of cycling facilities and home use.
User Metrics - Watts, Time, KCal, Cadence (RPM), Distance and Telemetry Heart Rate are all measured.
Data Capture - Two ways to record workout data: USD Memory stick and ANT+ Wireless Devices.
Stage & Totals - Stage measurements can be reset during a ride, making it easy to track multiple in-class segments for time, distance and AGV/MAX power. Totals track the same measurements for the course of the entire ride.
Readability - Riders enjoy a large display and characters that are easy to read.
Functionality - Push-button start-up and AVG/MAX values are accessible anytime during the ride with a separate, dedicated button.
Reliability - The system does not rely on a wireless signal for communication, eliminating connectivity issues.
Serviceability - A plug-and-play design allows for simplified installation, and the batteries are housed in a single location.
Gear Function - Optional display component of resistance level with a numeric 'gear' displayed on the console.

Delivery Options:
1. **Door to Door (Standard Courier): Our standard delivery service ensures reliable nationwide delivery to your door, at street-level or ground floor. Pricing is determined by the item's weight and your postcode zone. Please note that our couriers do not handle large items upstairs or provide installation services.
2. **Door to Door (Express): Available for selected items in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas, our express delivery offers faster options, with the possibility of same-day delivery if booked before 11:00 am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone). It also includes door-to-door, ground floor delivery.
3. Install: In select metropolitan areas, this service includes delivery and installation into your room of choice within two flights of stairs and a maximum of 25 steps. It does not cover permanent fixes or concreting. Rubbish removal is available upon request, with larger items potentially requiring multiple site visits.
4. Rubbish and Equipment Removal: We provide rubbish removal and equipment disposal services, quoted based on machine type and quantity, helping you clear space for your new fitness equipment.

Deliveries cannot be sent to P.O. boxes, occur Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and are quoted as "curb-side delivery."
Larger items require someone home to assist unloading. WH&S regulations prevent courier drivers from lifting items over 20kg.
It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.
- Provide a safe place if no one is home.
- Specify if the address is a business, including business hours and building name.
Missed deliveries may incur a charge for re-delivery. We provide tracking details but cannot specify the exact delivery time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Contact us within 14 days for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are provided for major faults under consumer guarantee and manufacturer warranty policy.
- Business retains the right to repair or replace products under warranty.
- All sales of factory seconds items are final and cannot be refunded.
