Steph and her team have been my sole supplier of all of my fitness equipment for over 6 years now. My recent purchase and installation of the equipment went smoothly without a problem. I purchased a few things from SCF over the last couple of years, since I've lived in the area. I have a small home gym in my garage but I use it a lot. Generally, I found their prices to be competitive and in-store service to be good.

However, I decided to write this review after I had an issue with one of the items I had purchased. The item was a little past advertised manufacturer warranty and I reached out to the shop. Kim and the team were very forthcoming and accommodating. Needless to say the issues were resolved and I found their whole team from the shop to the warehouse to be very supportive and helpful.

Outstanding experience.
I live in Leichhardt. I bought the Nautilus E628 Elliptical online on Thursday. The price was as good or better than anything I could find anywhere else in Australia. It was delivered at lunch time Friday. I struggle putting IKEA furniture together but managed to put this together without too much swearing in few hours and I'm up and running Saturday. The unit itself is almost silent and I'm glad I spent a little extra to get this model. The fly wheel is pretty heavy and the unit is very stable. Time will tell how durable it is but I cannot fault anything at this stage. Thank you!

Ordered a schwinn 8 spin bike on Mon delivered Fri same week. We live in Central Qld and was shipped from Sydney! Phoned them just to make sure it was instock. Spoke to the guy answered some questions I had. Fantastic service. The poorly rated reviews that you read were all during the COVID years where stock was hard to come by. I wouldn't read these poor reviews and base your decision to use these guys on this. I would highly recommend this businesses to deal with they are great 👍 The schwinn bike by the way is super awesome. Very quiet to use and quality build.

Southern Cross Fitness has again been a great experience, from my Wife working with Kim to sort new equipment for Xmas presents to surprise us(love the fact that Kim was just as excited about it). Then we have gone back to SCF to see Kim about cardio equipment and she has once again gone above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The knowledge and care Kim has for a customer is amazing and very valuable. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for fitness equipment and knowledge to go see Kim at SCF.

I am very happy with my new Cross X300 multi station home gym. It’s well designed, compact and great for the exercises that I wanted to do for the whole body.
