Southern Cross Fitness – ARROW & Other Branded Products
Southern Cross Fitness provides warranty and service support for ARROW branded products and selected third-party supplier products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Any labour warranty applies within a metropolitan service radius only.
Customers located outside a metropolitan area will be required to:
Transport the machine to the nearest technician, or
Proceed under a parts-only warranty where applicable.
Travel, freight, and additional call-out costs outside metro areas are not included unless agreed in writing prior to service.
Any warranty that does not specifically state a labour warranty will be treated as a parts-only warranty.
Under a parts-only warranty:
Replacement parts will be supplied where approved,
Repair instructions will be provided,
Parts will be shipped directly to the customer.
Installation, labour, and call-out costs are not included.
For all warranty claims, the following information must be provided:
Brand name
Model number
Serial number
Detailed description of the issue
Photos clearly showing the fault
Videos demonstrating the issue (where applicable)
Details of any previous repairs
Invoice number / proof of purchase (required for warranty claims)
Claims must be submitted via:

Incomplete submissions may delay assessment.

For non-ARROW branded products:
Southern Cross Fitness will lodge the warranty claim with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf where applicable.
The same information and documentation requirements apply.
Warranty outcomes are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval.
We provide a 12-month labour warranty for residential customers within an 40 km radius of the Southern Cross Fitness store or the nearest branch from which the equipment was purchased.
On-Site Labour Warranty Coverage
Customers located within 40 km of their selling store or nearest SCF branch are eligible for on-site labour warranty service.
Outside the 40 km Radius
Customers located more than 40 km from their selling store or nearest SCF branch are not eligible for on-site labour warranty service.
However, customers outside this radius may still access labour warranty service by:
Transporting the equipment to the store or nearest SCF branch from which it was purchased, or
Delivering the equipment to the Southern Cross Fitness service facility,
to have labour warranty work carried out.
Please note that Southern Cross Fitness does not cover transport costs, and is not responsible for any damage that may occur while moving equipment for the purpose of warranty service.
