The A1 Home rowing machine includes the A1 logo burned into the wood of the front left and right of the machine, as well as the patented A1 monitor.

The A1 Series is comprised of the "A1 Home" and "A1 Studio" WaterRower rowing machines. Featuring a unique monorail design this series is engineered for use in group-ex rowing classes. Each WaterRower is crafted from sustainably sourced wood of the Appalachian region of the USA and proudly handcrafted in America.

- Instant Resistance- The WaterRower’s unique WaterFlywheel design uses a specially formed paddle to cup the moving water, reduce slippage and produce an unrivalled simulation of the benefits of rowing.
- No Jerking or Jarring- There is no jerkiness or jarring which is often associated with conventional mechanical rowing machines making the exercise unpleasant. Only smooth even load, kind to the body, and relaxing to the mind.
- Smooth Connection - There is no "solid" connection between user and the moving water, simply an immersed paddle which dampens out any detrimental mechanical feel Providing some "give" is essential for accommodating bad or developing technique, lessening the risk of injury.

2. **Door to Door (Express): Available for selected items in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas, our express delivery offers faster options, with the possibility of same-day delivery if booked before 11:00 am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone). It also includes door-to-door, ground floor delivery.
3. Install: In select metropolitan areas, this service includes delivery and installation into your room of choice within two flights of stairs and a maximum of 25 steps. It does not cover permanent fixes or concreting. Rubbish removal is available upon request, with larger items potentially requiring multiple site visits.
4. Rubbish and Equipment Removal: We provide rubbish removal and equipment disposal services, quoted based on machine type and quantity, helping you clear space for your new fitness equipment.
