The Medium — at 22.7–34.1 kg \/ 50–75.2 lbs — is the right resistance for people who are stronger, more conditioned, larger in bodyweight, or who find lighter bands too easy for the training stimulus they need. The same movements apply as every band in the range — squats, hinges, rows, activation work, stretching, agility.
